TIP0000006: Sharing External Documents

Question: How can we share documents within HelpDesk outside the network? Answer: If you use Google Docs or DROPBOX for example, within HelpDesk you can create a launch item and pass the parameters. From an open inquiry, you can create a new link and use the 'application' default and enter the full URL in the path. This is also a great way to update documents that are shared outside the network.
